CashFlow AI provides AI-powered sports betting predictions, analytics, and related information. The Service includes:
- Sports game predictions and analysis (currently NFL, expanding to NBA, MLB, and more)
- Real-time odds tracking and comparison
- Betting analytics and insights
- Historical performance data
3. No Guarantee of Winnings
IMPORTANT: The predictions and analysis provided by CashFlow AI are for informational and entertainment purposes only. We make no guarantee, warranty, or representation regarding the accuracy of predictions or potential winnings. Past performance does not guarantee future results. All betting carries risk, and you may lose money.
4. Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal gambling laws
- Use the Service for personal, non-commercial use only
- Not share your account credentials with others
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models
- Not use automated systems or bots to access the Service
- Be responsible for your own betting decisions
6. Subscription and Payment
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription:
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- You may cancel at any time through your account settings
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
- We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to AI models, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by CashFlow AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CASHFLOW AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
